What a amazing place bye a bike from or anything to do with a motorcycle. We have had a H2 from here these people are totally amazing can't do enough to help will be having another H2 from them soon. All staff here Brilliant. Thanks guys. WAYNE VALERIE TOLLIDAY.

I booked in a viewing and test ride of a bike I was exceptionally keen on purchasing. I was pretty much ready to buy and just wanted to see it in person first, had all the finances and storage sorted on my end.Only to find out today it was sold behind my back just days later.It is understandable that a dealership would want to make a sale, but you would think a base level of customer respect would still be considered in any proceedings…This was a great shame, and I shall be avoiding any dealings with Alf’s in the future.EDIT: It will not let me reply to the response below, so I have edited to provide clarity and detail.- I was not offered a deposit option because the bike had outstanding finance that Alf's needed to sort first. Otherwise I would have placed a deposit immediately.Secondly, I was keen to come in to see the bike on the 16th (a day or two after ringing), however I was discouraged by the employee I spoke to, and told to come the week after (23rd).

Great shop , very good crew working there , very honest workshop which is hard to find these days.

I bought a brand new bike from Alf's in 2005 and wasn't impressed with the service then but seems to be ok now

My late husband and I used to visit here frequently, but it's been a while since my last visit. Today I walked in to this very friendly shop and I was welcomed with warm hugs. Hazel, in particular, was incredibly helpful in finding me exactly the right summer gloves for my long Scandi fingers.Five star service!

Brilliant staff, incredibly helpful and polite sales, was given all what I needed when asked by Dave the sales guy so may well be buying from here

First visit I have made. Staff most helpful.Good range of products. The building looks small from the outside. Don't be deceived a little like TARDIS. Well worth a visit.

I recently purchased my dream bike with Alf's. Its the first time I've dealt with this dealership in person and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Very welcoming atmosphere from the test ride through to the purchase. Many thanks to the sales team - Mick and David in particular who supported me throughout the process, gave me their time and listened to my needs. Communication has been excellent, David provided me with regular updates on when the bike would be ready and he took great care to ensure I was happy with everything. I would thoroughly recommend Alf's; great people and service. Even their choice of radio station and music inside the dealership is top notch!

Brilliant workshop. I’ve previously reviewed the great service on bike sales and kit (upstairs) but recently had my second interaction with the workshop. Boyd and the Team are so professional and take great care with all the work they do. They go above and beyond, just like the rest of the Alf’s crew. Furthermore, on top of being really great mechanics, they are genuinely nice people. Thanks workshop team for the great work you have done on my bikes so far, I feel fortunate you are my local bike shop. :-)

Always a great place to ride to. These people really know what they’re talking about when it comes to motorbikes!
