Good shop, very tidy and neat with friendly and helpful staff

Way overpriced. I've noticed that whenever they have a sale on its not really a sale as the sale prices are just what they should be charging anyway. So it should be renamed from 'sale' to a more accurate 'temporarily not a rip off'

I have shopped at this outlet for many years. There appears to have been a number of staff with varying levels of knowledge (in relation to product quality and information) coming and going but there is always help at hand. There are a couple of really engaging and talented staff at this particular store and anything that is not available can be ordered at the counter for collection.I would definitely recommend to friends and family ☺️

I was in the Newcastle branch yesterday, WAS going to buy some vitamins , stood behind two other ladies in the queue, was just about to be served when a member of staff came up to me and said can you stand in that other queue there is only one queue, ??? !!! Even though I had already been queueing for about 5 minutes anyway, so that member of staff wanted to go to the back of the queue and start queuing again !! ??? That is very bad customer service, why only one queue, the staff behind the counter weren’t saying anything, ? There is a sign up !! She said , but my argument is , I’m partially sighted , so I didn’t see the sign, and I’m being discriminated. Not good Holland and Barrett

Have always found the staff very helpful and friendly, and the shop always well stocked.
