Im biased of course as this had been my home from home for many years but it really is one of the most fantastic places we can visit in our lifeThe beauty and majesty of the estate inspires us to wonder what action we might all take to make the world a better placeNam Myoho Renge Kyo

The UK cultural centre for Sokka Gakkai UK (SGI-UK) a Buddhist lay movement. A beautiful and welcoming place and for practioners of this Buddhism there's a number of spaces in which you can chant in but for those who don't yet, your still assured a warm welcome!Tours are available of the house itself but it may be much of the house is not open till the official open days which can be found on the website but there's also the beautiful grounds in which to explore and ponder and in the centre there's the shop and also a restaurant on site.

As a practitioner of SGI Buddhism I always enjoy this special place. All people are welcome to visit the house and grounds which are steeped in history

We flew, and used the train plus a car lift before we really saw the great and magnificent SGI UK TAPLOW COURT. The surrounding is so vast. They have a sort of horse ranch. The architectural building was like that of the old colonial heritage. The court is more historical with ancient artifacts & portraits couple together with the hanging wall clock.. The brick wall is really thick. Look like a fortress . A unique and emotional feelings when I stepped into the court. Unique because of its magnificent style. Emotional because as a Buddhist practitioner it is like we are so near to our mentor yet so far. The cafeteria offered fantastic foods for the day.
