Had to pick up someone who had travelled from London by coach. He had been slightly delayed due to traffic. This wasn't a problem, however ; there is absolutely no where to park or pull in so I had to keep going around the block until he arrived. Then I had to pull into a taxi bay to pick him up, which isn't ideal. Station dated, no parking, toilets 20p, disabled access.

The bus and coach station have a good reception. The buses are orderly and are time conscious. The drivers are polite and experienced.

Dirty horrible place. The building has obviously never been cleaned in years. The floor tiles are black with dirt. The ceiling is thick with cobwebs and dust. The yard area is dirty with little on the ground.The toilets are filthy and there was 2 vagrants passed out in there on my last visit.It is a shame as this is one of the first things travellers see when visiting the City. If seeing Easton on the M32 is not bad enough the bus station will definitely convince you Bristol is a dirty uncared for dump of a city.On the plus side there is a reasonably priced Greggs outside.

Dirty place. A dismal place to wait. Women's toilets are very dirty. I couldn't see a disabled or accessible toilet. Maybe there is one hidden away somewhere.
