I attended Build Base Cheltenham on Saturday the 4th following a very stressful time require urgent repairs to a roof area. I was somewhat clueless with a list and a man with a trailer and was served by two ever so helpful guys (Rob & Cameron i recall) both were so happy to help me, went out there way for me and made a very stressful panic trip so much better !! I had been to other places before build base that morning and maybe these two could teach the other places (left un-named) a few customer service skills. Two complete gents - and so so VERY helpful. Great service from BuildBase !!!

Won't ever go anywhere else! I was greeted by Rob when I went in and told him I was building an extension. He gave me his card and said whatever I need let him know and he'll sort it for me. Always arranges delivery quickly. First class service from Rob and the rest of the guys at the Cheltenham branch. Cheers!
