Wouldn’t even give 1 star! Have paid for the parking and still got fined. I know I paid as I have the screenshot from my bank and also the bank gave me a reference number that they can use to track the payment but according to them there’s no payment in their audit trail. Yeah right! Don’t pay their fines when you’re in the right.

DO NOT park at this car park!! I have just had to pay a huge fine even after buying a ticket and trying to dispute their claims, just to get a CCJ removed from my file.

Misleading signage apearing to be free after 8pm but charges apply 24/7. The price is £100 which is a disgrace. Feels like they have done this on purpose to make money. Avoid.

I paid parking fee cash and display and then after few months they send me £170 parking invoice. Greedy and non honest people

Like everyone else has said, scam. Paid for parking. Received a letter and a fine claiming I haven't paid enough, despite the machine not giving me the option.

Yet another reason to not visit Walsall.Overpriced fines that charge you like a criminal. Their machines are outdated and confusing, and their signage is too. When I see a euro car park again, I think I’ll park in a crack den next to bomb site. Would feel more relaxed there.

The place looks like a regular cinema / restaurant complex but beware, parking is not free.( unlike everywhere else in the country) Just received a £100 fine. Despite the letter saying that parking charges were clearly displayed they were not. Won't be spending any more time or money at Walsall Waterfront. Rip Off.

This car park is managed by greedy aggressive cranks. I paid my fee on the day and one day later they issued me with an aggressive letter and a £170 fine- they hadn’t even allowed chance for my contactless bank transaction to be processed before they issued the fine. What’s more, when you try and contact them to sort it out, you can’t get any sense out of them- should be illegal

I suggest taking screenshots of the purchased ticket or photos of the ticket if you paid in cash because the tickets arrive after a few months, just like in the car park next to Crown Wharf Shopping Park.
