Katie takes every trouble to find the right spares. She is going to contact Morso in Denmark to source my needs for an early Badger. Using a stove herself makes for real insight in what is needed. In email exchanges she responded well after normal hours. “Warmest” Edward.

Brilliant company to deal with. Katie is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to Morso spare parts. I needed a back plate, top plate and front casting for a Morso Squirrel 1430 multifuel stove, plus various other bits and pieces like bolts, washers etc. It involved two boxes because of the weight and arrived within three days of ordering, which was pretty incredible considering it had to travel the length of the United Kingdom to reach it's destination in the Western Isles of Scotland. Not only that, but all the fixings were separately packed and labelled to make assembly a piece of cake. The parceling was that secure it could have been dropped from a plane without any breakages!! I would not hesitate to order from them again for any future spare parts that I needed. Five stars doesn't do them justice!
