I was recommended this business by three different people, all of whom had woodburners fitted by them. I was so impressed by how professional & knowledgeable Dan was, and how diligently he worked to solve problems. He was so aware of safety and making sure everything was completely perfect. I am absolutely delighted with the results.

Dan did a superb job of installing my new stove. He found solutions to endless problems, nothing was too much trouble, always professional, a true perfectionist.

I was recommended Dan to install our wood burning stove into our property which was being renovated. Dan started by suggesting the stove that was right for us based on the size of our fire place. We had builders in already that opened up the old chimney breast and we tiled the hearth, however Dan can also do all of this for you too including the supply and fit of slate hearths. Dan is trustworthy, professional, and it is clear that he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, even siting the carbon monoxide alarm where it needed to be that was aesthetically pleasing to us (and keeping to building regs of course). The install was smooth and mess was keep to a minimum and tidied. Dan came back some months later following our install once building work was complete and provided us with all the technical guidance and advice needed. I would highly recommend to all.

First class service from initial contact through to completion of the installation of our replacement woodburner. Dan guided us through the choice of the most suitable stove and carried out some awkward work in our old house with ease. Punctual, meticulously tidy. Really pleased with Dan's work on the stove fitting, our new fireplace looks amazing! I had various quotes come back from several fitters around Swansea and his was competitively priced as well as being the most prompt to respond and reliable. Hence why we selected the company to do the fitting as he was so professional.I have to say he did an excellent job in under 2 days as he originally suggested and also finished some work on the outside chimney which needed some attention. My carpenter actually commented that its the neatest finish he's ever seen on a burner fit as the slate cut and the fireproof board were done to precision.On top of that, generally a nice decent bloke - as well as his partner who cleared the chimney. 10/10 guys. Dan gave us a lot of time and advice providing us with detailed information on the stoves available. He told us where to view them and which ones he’d recommend.We were very pleased with his workmanship and his attention to detail during his installation of the stove. He was very reliable.Dan also advised us regarding scaffolding and the removal of gas pipes. I cannot rate this business highly enough. Start to finish the service was excellent. There was a clear explanation of work required, time scales, costs and process. With any installation there may be hidden issues and the potential for these was laid out clearly, though my job had no problems.The attention to detail and sheeting of the room was excellent, digging into any old fireplace is going to be a dirty job but I can honestly say I noticed no dust around the house.The clear explanation and detail in the information given indicated an experienced and knowledgeable fitter. As a wood burning stove novice this information was greatly appreciated.From a safety aspect the installation came with a 7yr carbon monoxide detector and information relating to safe use of the stove plus guidance on cleaning and chimney sweeping.We’ve been using the stove for a number of weeks and just love it!It was a worthy investment and I’m glad I went with this firm to do the job.Without doubt I can highly recommend Dan and the classic Stove Installations team!

Highly professional and knowledgeable, Dan is also super tidy and a total pleasure to have working in the house. He was really flexible installing our new chilly penguin burner in two stages to fit around a long lead-in time for the stove. The stove and fireplace look stunning now but, as we are still renovating, Dan also helped us make sure we can improve the surround further as the work progresses. We have already recommended him to friends and neighbours.
