I had a delivery last night and it wasn't what I ordered i ordered a pzza with spicy chicken extra cheese, ham and onions, but what came was sausage, sweetcorn and some other meat ,i would like a refund

Food was good when it come but the young guy on the phone was miserable and needs to learn how to speak to people. The delivery driver was also great but just overshadowed by the bad attitude in-store

We had ordered a 24£ delivery last night and waited 2 hours with constantly trying to get a hold of the shop. When I called, the owner had said they called 2 times, knocked on the door and left the food. Which none of these had happened. The other time we ordered there was a long and disgusting hair in the veggie burger and also extremely soggy, so refrained from ordering burgers anymore. Owner was extremely rude and refused to try and help resolve the problem... So we are out 24£ and also WILL NOT be ordering from there again.Forgot to mention a friend got FOOD POISONING from the Shrimp Burger... Wish negative stars were an option.

Ordered a chicken burger which had a soggy bun which was inedible and the chicken was dry. We also had a wrap which was so soggy it was falling apart and the chicken was dripping in grease. The curry sauce was like water. The only redemption was the chicken nuggets and curly fries which is hardly difficult

Absolutely shocking! You should really stop making pizza’s if they come freezing cold and uncooked. My ‘cold’ can of pop was against the food and was warm when it got here and I ordered chips which was about 10 chips in the box. How does my pizza come cold and uncooked but my pop is warm? To top it off, the delivery driver spoke to me like absolute rubbish. She is lucky I didn’t throw the food back at her! Never EVER will I order from you again and I was a regular customer until now. Don’t come to my home and speak to me with disrespect. Out of order and very rude! I also reported this further.

Delivery did not arrive and we had to collect. Delivery driver was rude and was unable to follow directions and phoned us to discuss someone elses order. No refund offered for delivery charge. Parts of the order were missing so had to go back a second time. Kebabs were over-cooked and Nachos were soggy. Pizza was acceptable quality. Disappointing service.

Disgusting cold food, supplied by a driver who doesn't speak English and can't follow basic instructions, don't order here, avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

Shocking roast dinners. Hardly any veg one roast potatoe an small pieces of meat. Won't ordered from here again. It did come hot but Yorkshire pudding was shriveled up for putting the dinner in the microwave for too long
