Richard provided an excellent service to deliver an outstanding WiFi and broadband experience. We tried BT and Sky, buying their highest Mg packages, however never realising even half of their stated speeds. Additionally, our house is very long and old which means thick walls and odd shaped rooms. BT/Sky WiFi could not cover the whole house. Richard clearly and simply explained the problems and proposed simple solutions. We now have a single network throughout our house which devices connect to easily and automatically. The provider we now use delivers rock solid broadband and if there is ever an issue they respond instantly over email. I would highly recommend Luxe Smart Homes. It has been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and so refreshing to have someone really care about their work. I used Luxe to upgrade our very slow internet system. Rich from Luxe explained clearly what work was need to be done and produced a quote very promptly. Rich kept us informed of what was happening leading up to the install day to make sure we had little internet down time on the day of install. On the day the boys arrived on time, they worked swiftly and cleanly (even tidying up the tech cupboard - Thank you!). Unfortunately there was a problem which turned out to be the internet providers issue nothing to do with Luxe but Rich worked tirelessly even coming out on weekends and evenings until he managed to solve the issue.
