Not a bad company to deal with, clothing is good quality and service. The 1 star reviews i think were when the company was moving premises and didnt answer the phones. Now they are back up and running everything seems as it was.

Oder messed up and tried phoning to sort out, so far been kept waiting on phone for 2 hours, emailed them twice with no reply, (what customer after sales service is this)

The quality of the clothing is great, and I very rarely have any issues with sizing being true to fit. Even when I order as late as 5pm my order will be delivered usualy first thing in the morning. Would always recommend. Many thanks, downtown designs. Harlow, Essex.

I wasted 30 minutes on the phone attempting to tell Uneek about a company that was selling the pictured item as a Uneek product, no answer. Got extension 251, they were not interested at all and told me to ring back next week. They could have taken my number and rang me back, you know the old fashioned Customer Service, but NO. Seems it is a could not care less attitude???

If you're running a business forget ordering from them. They say it's in stock and it never turns up. You then call them, spend 59 minutes on hold and then get cut off. You'll be charged for being on hold! Zero thought to customer service.

Used to be a good company, now cannot get them to ship orders currently waiting 4 days, or answer the phone, currently sitting here 20 minutes on hold!
