Excellent lunch break haircut done by Melinda! Really pleased with her friendly and professional service. Her head massages are the best ever, and my hair feels soft and bouncy, she knew exactly how to take my suggestions for the cut and make them fit my face and hair type. 5* for sure, you're in good hands with Melinda at Image.

I booked an appt on treatwell for a wash and blow dry. Dara moved my appointment an hour earlier without asking first. I queried this and explained that I was coming as I'd broken my elbow and I wouldn't be able make the new time without taking time off work. I further explained I'd done a lot of this recently because of my accident. Dara didn't even bother showing concern for my wellbeing (something simple as hope you're ok would've sufficed) and simply told me it wasn't available. 1 star as she offered me a slot tomorrow but I can't make this time.

Daughter had hair restyled by Dawn, everything was explained & made to be understood by my teenager.Teenage Daughter listened to advice & applied the techniques that were explained for maintaining the hairstyle & is a very happy teenager (we all know that doesn’t happen often)Highly recommend the Salon & Staff, especially Dawn!

Recently had my hair done with Dawn . I’m so pleased. Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to what I wanted. The keratin bonds are brilliant. The salon has a lovely feel and all the ladies were nice and friendly!!!

I've always had great experiences at Image. Most importantly, they are all experts and very nice and polite. Tapes made my hair healthier and thicker. My blonde hair used to break off from overstyling, but tapes made it stronger and thicker!

I visited for a Keratin Blowdry treatment with Dawn, and I must say I'm so impressed! She was so friendly and guided me through each step of the treatment which was really appreciated - she also has a really gentle but meticulous technique and does an exceptional blowdry! The results of the keratin treatment have been outstanding so far, my battle with frizziness seems to be a thing of the past now - thank you!

I had a balayage done by Jolene and a cut and style by Dawn. Jolene’s colour was amazing and Dawns cut and style was exactly what I asked for. They were both very friendly and welcoming and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely come back for future hair appointments.
