Tried to return a broom back as it snapped after 10 minutes of use. Poor quality plastic holding the head. I had proof of purchase, but they said it was my fault that it had broken so I couldn’t get a refund, they then said I could have a new one, then chuckled and said I’d still have to pay for it though. Terrible customer service, and terrible quality’s

Inexistent customer service. Had to wait 10 min to get a key cut as the shopkeeper was having his lunch and could not be bother to attend to his customers. Returned the next day for a refund as the key was badly cut. Not recommended at all.
