An awesome weekend retreat of sea swimming challenges, sauna, yoga, a hike and even time to relax and socialise. Organisation was superb. Food was excellent. Rich and Mel were totally professional, yet fun and relaxed. I felt completely safe swimming in the sea with them as qualified lifeguards. Every swim and activity was well researched and delivered.I will definitely return for another weekend / event / challenge and thoroughly recommend it to others!

Wow! I'm just back from an incredible weekend with The Wild Swim Co.! Rich, Mel, and Becky were superstars throughout the whole weekend.Communication was brilliant before and throughout the retreat. I felt safe and relaxed while at the same time feeling empowered enough to have a go at some challenging swims (Old Harry's Rocks was my furthest ever swim). The fantastic TLC shown by the team meant I felt supported the whole time.Food was beautiful, home cooked and plentiful with all requirements covered. Cakes after swims were delicious too. Accommodation was clean and served our needs well.A brilliant experience and the opportunity to meet and make friends with a bunch of amazing swimmers. I will definitely be booking with The Wild Swimming Co. again soon!

Very anxious not knowing what to expect over the 3 days. No real experience of sea swimming and my hopes were to learn lots of useful information.From the very beginning Rich and Mel were very welcoming . We had a varied programme which depends on sea conditions. My favourite ones were the sunset dip and the Swanage bay swim. The food was really good and plentiful, the cakes after the swims need a special mention.Mel Rich and Laura worked so hard all weekend and coped really well with dietary requirements and differing swimming abilities.It was great to meet other Ladies and hear their experiencesI would recommend the retreat to anyone wanting to experience sea swimming and learn more about it.

I went on an amazing trip with The Wild Swimming Co. around Snowdonia National Park - My first ever swimming retreat. I was pretty nervous but It was absolutely incredible, and I met really lovely people!!! Mel & Rich, and all the other team members made sure we were safe, well fed and comfortable, and picked out the best swim spots. There was no pressure to do anything out of my comfort zone, and we were all kept busy and entertained in between swims, including a wonderful walk around the stunning foothills of Snowdon, a camp fire (marshmallows & games included), and a great informative talk about swim safety. I literally cannot wait to go again!!!

I had a wonderful time at their Dorset Swim Retreat and have just come from it. Mel, Rich and Becky were great. Very professional and they got the balance right between making sure we are safe but at the same time challenge ourselves to what is comfortable with us. And they did that on individual levels too. I get anxious when I swim in a new territory and environment but with them I felt comfortable, they understood my needs concerning swimming as well as support others too. Most of all they made sure it was a team effort. It was all about doing thing it together which made us bound even more with our fellow swimmers.

I’ve just spent 3 fabulous days with these guys in North Wales, I had an absolutely fantastic time. I went on the trip alone, I felt a little apprehensive but Mel, Rich and the rest of the team made me feel very welcome. They picked the best swim spots and provided some amazing food. I met some lovely people and can’t wait to go on another trip.

Just back from my first ever swimming holiday and so glad I booked this retreat. Richard and Mel were brilliant. Everything was well organised, the food was good and plentiful not to mention the cake! I loved the location, near Corfe castle and enjoyed swimming at Swanage piers, Studland and out to Old Harry Rocks. The coasteering trip was a bonus. I felt myself challenged and feel encouraged to do more. I left feeling exhilarated and wanting more. I'll definitely be back and hopefully meet up again with some of the swimmers I met here.
