Fantastic service, by my good luck was at my door within minutes - literally - of my phone call. Offered to take a look and give a treatment a go there and then and explained everything. Rob and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Responding to our call for help in less than 24 hours. He helped us firstly find out what our rodent issue was by placing cameras in our loft. To then coming up with the best solution to getting rid of the issue quickly. Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do with both checking in on how things were progressing as well as providing fantastic expertise on the longer term solutions of how to stop the problem to hopefully never happen again. We felt very comfortable with every bit of advice given. Especially as we live in a new build and unfortunately the building company not taking any blame for a fault that turned out to be them anyway. Even better, our rodent issue has now gone. Very professional service, Rob was helpful, friendly and punctual. He investigated the problem thoroughly and asked lots of questions to ensure he worked in the safest and most efficient way. This was most appreciated as I have children and a dog, so I knew they would be safe from harm. Rob kept me informed all through the process and was always ready to answer my questions. I was happy that he was very discreet, my neighbours had no idea of the problem. The total course of treatment was completed within four weeks, with no inconvenience to me or my family and was very reasonably priced. I hope I won’t need to use him again but if another problem occurs I won’t hesitate to call him. Top class service!

Rob and his son are very professional fast, moving outfit at the drop of a hat he will come and sort any problems we have . we have also passed him on to lots of customers who are very pleased with what he does. I can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic result! Went above and beyond for us.We’d used an alternative company and still were left with a rodent infestation. YPC came in, used multiple traps, supplied monitoring cameras, deep cleaning and found source of entry. Thank you to doggy Patch (and his owner!) for resolving our issue. Family home now safe, clean, and happy again.
