Nando's Leicester - Fosse Park
Not impressed at all. This was our second visit and again it was ruined by staff's mistake. First of all table wasn't clean even though member just wiped in front of us. Order took over half hour and that is also after asking about it. They sent chicken burger for kids even though I ordered beany burger. And that took another 15 minutes. 2 stars for service and helpfulness by staff. Other than that this Nando’s in particular is not worth.

- Good location at Fosse Park.- Friendly staff.- Waiting time was rather long though. We went there at 9pm and it was not particularly busy but had to wait for food for more than 20 mins + we had to remind the staff that we were waiting for food and then finally got it.- The food was good overall and you get what you expect from a Nando’s, but the 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs dish was overcooked/burned too much - please see the attached picture. A little more attention would have made our experience better.- 1/2 chicken was good- Coleslaw was good- Spicy rice was good- Mixed salad was good- Chips was good- Corn on the cob was good- Long stem broccoli was good

Girl on the door was useless, told 20 mins wait which is fair enough. Half hour later we were 2nd in the queue so waited in the restaurant where we saw multiple people sat before us. 50mins later 'are you in the queue?' Right at the top of the iPad...no asking about allergies just threw the menus and waltzed off and no check back after ordering. Once finally seated it took 35mins after ordering for chicken and chips, wasn't even busy by that point. Drinks we ordered were out of service and had to hunt for a bottle of sauce, won't bother visiting this branch again.

The manager (Alex) was simply amazing, we have been given the best service. As a family we are very happy. Brilliant service and such friendly staff.

Nando's Leicester - Fosse Park
The food was tasty and juicy grilled chicken. The garlic bread was drowned in butter and was a bit hard.I recommend you to book a table and visit while going if it’s in rush hour it will be very hard to find tables if you are in a group. You are ordering everything via the app by scanning the bar code at the table or you can pre install the app in your phone. Don’t forget to put the correct table number or you food will be miss placed,of if you plan to change you should notify the staffs about changing the tables.

Food was amazing as always.We had the platter which had a butterfly chicken and thighs, and we went with 4 regular sides, which were 2 lots of peri fries, rice and grains.Loved it all and there was nothing left in the plates at all. Lovely meal.My only downfall was that it’s not a big store and can get very crowded when full.The worst for me was when the door would open for people to come in or leave, the wind from outside would blow all the dust off the light fittings, showing that they haven’t been cleaned and it all falls into your food.Maybe it was just this branch but never had this issue at any other branch.

Visited around 2pm on 4 September 2023. Meal utterly appalling. Half a chicken over cooked, tastless and dry as blotting paper. Fries soft and stale. Corn on the cob: first one sent back as it tasted stale the core was rotten and discoloured, and the second was over cooked to the point it was shrivelled, soft and dry. Food inedible. Been to many Nandoes and meals have been fine to adequate. But this one was by far the worst meal I have ever experienced. An utter waste of money and I told several waiters so - though I reassured them it wasn't their fault.

Absolutely disgusting! I would not lay food in this establishment. 9/10 they do not have 90% of their product on their menu. So you are limited to maybe one main and 3 sides to choose from. The service is lethargic, they literally hire any kids off the street with absolutely 0 training. They probably spend more time gossiping than actually dealing with customers. Then they have the cheek to give you attitude during the service and don’t get me started with the management. They clearly need training and so does the rest of the team. The food comes out cold and burnt. It’s just an absolute disgrace. They need to be shut down immediately!!When you send a complaint to their customer service team, they like to play blaming games. Maybe I should have recorded everything next time from food to the appalling service.You’d think the customer service team would not be biased but clearly that’s not the case and they make you feel welcome.DO NOT SET FOOD IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! There are so many more amazing restaurants right opposite and next door!!

The manager, Alex, of Nandos in fosse park was amazing. I am gluten-free and was a little nervous with eating in there. He put me at ease straight away! Very kind and very helpful. All the staff checked on me to make sure I was happy as this was my first time. Great experiences.

Very nice food.. service was good.. always a treat to eat at a Nando's.. especially liked their ice tea... Delicious
