Rude staff drove to Portrush called in today and was greeted by the most sarcastic member of staff we go to the Funland casino in Newcastle I asked him is it the same process as the 1 in Newcastle he interrupted me and laughed in my face and said obv not regular customers I said to him what has that go to do with anything regarding the pick your box needs to get retrained.and to grow up

Not a pleasurable experience. We drove 35 miles to find too many people holding 3 or 4 machines (I counted 14) and once again we couldn't get playing our favorites. This is a regular occurance. These machines sat unplayed for over an hour. The staff don't seem bothered that they are losing customers and revenue. We'll give it a miss in future

Was there tonight, 5/6/21. They have cut the payouts to the absolute minimum (not legal minimum, got to claw back the lockdown bill), never heard as many complaints in one night. Everybody just loosing... Authorities will be contacted.
