I bought a pair of slip ons which was giving me an issue while walking.One of the customer assistant named Chris understood my concern and he happily swapped my slip ons with different footwear which was quite appropriate for me to solve my challenge of arch pain.I would definitely come back again due to its great customer service.

The Moor Sheffield...We have used this shop on a number of occasions and have always been very satisfied unfortunately not so today. We felt pressurised and unable to spend time choosing. We were approached immediately on entering the store by a nice young gentleman who asked if we needed any help. I explained I was just looking and he said just give me a shout when you are ready. I was then approached 3 more times. (Wondering if the staff are on commission or just wanting you out of the shop quick due to COVID but if that’s the case no one was waiting to enter) On the last occasion I was stood with one pair of shoes but was answering an important text. Another gentleman came up to us and asked if we needed help. I replied could you give us a bit of time we have been approached 4 times. Instead of saying no problem he was verbally rude to us. Leading us to leave without purchasing. My husband would have spent £130 and I would have spent £135 so a loss to sales of £265. We then went to sports direct and bought 4 pairs of sketchers at great prices just above half the price we would have paid at the sketchers shop.

Had an amazing customer experience from Cameron. Good conversation, complete focus on getting me a shoe to fit, nothing was too much bother. Very pleasant hence getting my sale- absolutely refreshing from todays general miserable sales persons.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes here in the last year. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the male seller, but he was very kind and helpful. My husband bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas that I didn't find comfortable, so I went back to the store today and thought I'd exchange them for something else. The lady who worked this afternoon, after a visual inspection, claimed that I had walked outside in the shoes because there was a little dirt on the soles of the shoes. I think it may have gotten there from my kitchen floor, or it was already like that when my husband bought it. She didn't believe me that I didn't use the shoes, it was very humiliating for me. I am very disappointed and I will definitely never wear these shoes and I will never shop at this store again. I am sorry because I have always enjoyed shopping here before.

Legends wouldn't go anywhere else. Assistants are really helpful I think that previous customer had an unlucky day. Got day worn shoes refunded and exchanged for new shoes and they even let us stay past closing time. It cost them money as I didn't even have the box. Best demonstration of true customer service in a long while!

I have problems with swollen feet/ankles my daughter suggested I try some Sketchers. I went to the Sketchers branch in Sheffield on the Moor.Chris who served me was extremely helpful I explained my problems and he brought me several pairs of Sketchers out to try on.I asked for extra wide fitting ones and they fitted lovely. The trainers I bought today are the first trainers I have been able to get on my feet comfortably for nearly three years. I bought two pair. Chris was kind enough to give me a discount which brought the price tag down a bit.Great service from Chris and a more than satisfied customer.By the way Chris I have purchased my own long handled shoe horn lol

Great service.Asked about shoes for my plantar fascitis and was informed about the arch fit and memory foam lines . I have large feet and usually struggle to get shoes that fit correctly.Bought a pair of arch fit shoes and they are probably the comfiest pair of shoes I've had. And it's helping ease the pain in my feet
