New Hope Vets

We followed Doctor Drew from Parkside vets and I cannot praise him enough. New hope vets is a lovely spacious and welcoming vets . The team are highly skilled and so kind. You know your fur baby is in good hands. Everything is explained to you and the fees are not the heart stopping shockers I've had elsewhere. I'm moving from the area but have decided to stay with this vet regardless. You will not regret chosing this vet.

After many years of pretty low maintenance doggos we needed an op for our wee inherited Ollie. Time to shop around because we needed feel she was in safe hands. From the first call with Hannah to consult with Drew then subsequent op. We knew we had made the right decision to make a change. I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough.

This was Betty on the scales are appointment was fantastic nothing to fault , Did not feel rushed at all we seen drew he answered all my question checked Betty’s skin ears teeth temperature and his eyes. Betty is normally really nervous going the vets but he was absolutely amazing he was so relaxed great prices and a lovely vets clean friendly we will definitely be returning ❤️

Our local wallasey vets closed its doors for good and we didn't want to travel to another vets. We discovered New Hope Vets in Field Road and registered our border terrier Alfie with them. Our first visit was Tuesday 1st August for his booster vaccination. Lovely bright waiting room, reception staff friendly and welcoming. The gentleman vet saw our Alfie, checked him over and vaccination done. Very friendly vet, price was really good and service excellent. All services needed are in the practice so no travelling for anything. I would highly recommend New Hope - great asset to the area.

I visited Drew for my puppies second vaccination and I was impressed by the service. We didn’t feel rushed at all and there was plenty of time for questions. Our puppy was very relaxed and didn’t even notice the vaccination being given. Drew was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the practice.

What a find. At last a veterinary practice that cares about the animal and the owner. I had to take my lovely Ziggi there. He has always been very stressed when seeing a vet, but Lise wrapped him in a towel and comforted him till he settled to be examined. She took a great deal of time explaining what could be wrong but he would need some tests. He had to return the next day for the tests. Lise rang me later to give me the devastating news that he was very ill. Unfortunately, my husband and I had no choice but to make the heart breaking decision that he had to cross the rainbow bridge. The care and compassion shown to me by Lise and her wonderful team at this so very difficult time was amazing. We were left to spend as much time as we needed with him before Lise came to put him to sleep. He is now at rest in his garden. Thank you all again for your compassion and kindness.

What an excellent vetinary practice we now have in New Brighton.Every member of the team has been absolutely super; kind, thorough, and patient.I recommend them to all those who love their pets and seek compassionate vets who spend time discussing the issues and available options.Thank you all very much at New Hope❤️

Was recommended this vets by my neighbour. Lovely, lovely people kind and caring. The vet took the time to talk through what our options were for Mojo, and answer our questions. He also showed us how to give Mojo’s medication. Lovely clean, friendly practice. We have registered our other cat. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately after having a consultation with drew regarding our cat the outcome was to have our 10year old house cat put to sleep. The day we took kitkat to have her put to sleep she died in my arms in the clinic before euthanasia.the staff are amazing so full of compassion it's a nice relaxing environment nothing is rushed and they explain everything to put you and your pet at ease. We can't thank the whole team enough from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

We had a very unfortunate diagnosis for our cat Spikey which in turn meant us putting him down within 2 weeks of tests. All of the staff at New Hope were absolutely fabulous considering how awful the process is when saying goodbye to a pet. They were with us all the way, helping with our insurance through to offering the tissues and cups of tea when the time came. We would definitely recommend the team and if/when we can open our hearts again in future to another pet we would certainly use New Hope again. Thank you once again ❤️
