New Look
Really bad customer service in Sunderland branch. Staff do not want to acknowledge customers.I was trying to pay for my items, sales assistant looked at me and continued unboxing delivery next to the till point, while other sales assistants where busy standing chatting on the shop floor with each other, baring in mind there was more customers to serve at the till.Same thing happened to my friend weeks later, Sales assistant who seems to worked there a long time was very rude and unhelpful when collecting a parcel.Will not bother the next time, rather shop online or Newcastle branch where staff are pleasant and helpful and actually can be bothered.

New Look
Yes, the clothes are great, but customer service is NOT up to par, I'm a minor and under the age of 16 , and felt completely ignored and dismissed because of my age. whilst waited to have my items scanned, an employee who worked at the till, who looked a bit old, gave me a side look and then continued with what she was doing, despite seeing i had lots of clothes that needed checking out, there wasn't even anyone else in the queue the shop was quiet, at the time! .She just looked at me funny, almost sniggering under her breath and then continued with her errands of going on her phone and pretending to fiddle with a box. The employees are friendly as you could say, almost too friendly because during the time i stood ( over 10 minutes ) the shop started to fill up more, since it was around 1:00 which is extremely busy!! and the employees were just standing chatting whilst people started to queue up, I wouldn't recommend personally.

The staff are brilliant. Donna and Millie were lovely, polite and extremely helpful. They are definitely a credit to the team.
