My first time visit but will not be my last. The service and advice I was given was excellent. The assistant who served me was very knowledgeable about the fish I was buying. She enquired about my set up and gave me tips on the care of my purchase.

Been a number of times the staff are very helpful. A young lady came over asking if I needed any help. I explained that my pond is not clearing and I wanted a liquid pond clear. She advised a pond test on the sample I'd taken with me. She then advised 2 minerals to add .thank you for all your help and advice you gave. Many thanks again for your help

Can't thank them enough ,went out of their way to help me over a period of time to sort the water out in my aquarium .wouldn't sell me any fish till they had sorted my water ,special thanks to Dave for his patience,with his help i now have an healthy aquarium , excellent service
