A bit of a daft place. Waiting 1 hour in wjat should be a short queue as a silly old broad ambles around slowly. If this is licensed to these people they should lose license and someone sensible should get it.

This cafe sells Kelly’s Cornish ice cream - a great selection of flavours too. Kelly’s is the ice cream of my childhood so it’s lovely to have somewhere in Cardiff that sells it! I visited not long after they opened at 10 and there wasn’t a queue. The staff were friendly too.

Absolutely amazing, people moaning about queuing are unbelievable. In food/refreshment industry it is a testament to the place. People wouldn’t bother if it was that bad. With regards to the attitude of staff, you usually get back what you deserve.

The ice cream is nice but the service is ridiculously slow. A queue of at least 45 minutes, and one person would take the order and then stand chatting to her colleague who was slowly serving the ice cream. Surely with two members of staff you should be serving two customers at once. Or have both setve ice creams to get the order done quicker. There was also no sense of urgency to keep the queue moving.

Queue always takes such a long time, avoid if its a hot day. Even if only a few people queuing you can get stuck in it for 40 mins+

Absolutely awful. I don’t mind queuing for ice cream on a warm day but half an hour for a standard ice cream is ridiculous. They need more staff desperately. This place totally ruined our visit to an otherwise perfect park.

A great little place to have an ice cream and maybe a snack after the splash park. Had to add it to the map so people can enjoy it too!
