My bike's rear tyre was losing air. I have a presta valve. He straight away removed the tyre and tube and then was replacing my tyre tube of presta valve with a Schrader valve. It didn't fit so he literally drilled in my bike rim to fit it. I thought he was going to repair my puncture but he didn't even check whether there was a puncture. Later on after he spoiled my rim I told him I wanted the puncture repaired. He then checked for the puncture. And turns out there was no puncture. But rather it was just a faulty valve that needed to be changed literally no puncture. He wasted my whole time and damaged my rim. 2 stars because he did not charge me for the damage he did.

Got my brakes replaced and tyres. Great place always making sure to tip the man for the great work. Will be back again.
