Very helpful and responsive company. Emailed my enquiry regarding a replacement part for my Panansonic AC. They responded almost immediately and it was delivered the very next day - simply outstanding. I've been in touch subsequently just for some advice and tips - didn't buy anything and they were still generous with their time and advice. Wish more companies were like this....

Very professional outfit. Their installers are top notch. Well polite and very clean. Prices are good. They are very busy in the summer but you expect so you need to plan your install dates.

They took a deposit, did not deliver on the agreed date, no clear communication on what really happened or when can they actually deliver, finally I decided to cancel, then had chase for a refund of the deposit, eventually received after months of chasing. Wasted a lot of time and effort and of course lost interest on the deposit for nothing. This is a real review, similar sounding reviews from other disgruntled customers are probably right. There are other companies out there that are capable of delivering and providing excellent service albeit at a slightly higher cost, but what good is a lower cost if you don't receive the product? Lol.Edit (in response to owner's response): If short on manpower, there is no excuse to keep holding anyone's money indefinitely. Decency is to return the money right away, apologize and move on. I have moved on and realized with a shock how efficient other companies can be in comparison. They have shown me that everything can be done in a matter of 7 days flat. Wonder where they get their experience and manpower from? No pomp and show of being in business for 17 years and 20,000 happy customers and all that from them, just solid business that you can see.

Fantastic Service. I emailed in an enquiry and Andy got back to me the next morning. Very responsive by email and got all the quotes I required. As I am getting labour only install done by my engineer, I wanted to order the a/c from aa supplier, I was not sure of all the things needed and had lots of questions.The order was placed for 2 outdoor units 3 x indoor units on Friday (10kw and 2 xkw) units late on Friday. Andy assured me they'd be with me on Tuesday. 9am Tuesday comes, they've arrived. I'm also pleased to say these have come straight from Mitsubishi so it has their details attached on packaging note so there is both reference to Cool Tech and Mitsubishi for warranty purposes. (7 year warranty!!)Furthermore, I needed the copper pipes, trunking etc. Andy ordered these separately for me late on Monday and they've arrived today. As these were ordered late on Monday, there was no time to process payment so Andy trusted me to pay Tuesday which I have done.I was quite worried spending £5k+ with this company, but out of all the other companies out there, these seem to be the oldest and highly trustworthy. I am so so impressed.Thank you for the great service Cool Tech!

Bought an a/c unit and had it installed near Milton Keynes. Simon in sales is very good, responsive and has good knowledge. The installation was done by Sam, mainly does large installs , very experienced and excellent quality of work.I was concerned about some of the negative reviews so I checked out a few . One lady lives in Holland . Google reviews are not verified .We did have some delays with the install but supply was fine. Andy seems a genuine guy and does try his best.

Cooltech was the cheapest around for the system and installation by far. Had a Mitsubishi single split installed and now my living room is much cooler. Great comms from Andy & Simon throughout. Would recommend.

Second time I’ve used Cool Tech now & couldn’t recommend them enough. Had 3 new systems supplied & installed, cheapest price & their engineers are great. Clean & tidy & very polite. Thank you, we’ll be back in summer.

If you want to use the services of this company you have to be patient, I didn't have that much time and had to cancel my order. After a few misunderstandings, I received a cash refund. One thing I have to admit is that the contact is very good, instant response to e-mails.

Would highly recommend this company, I was so dubious at first due to some negative reviews but I would completely ignore them. They accomodated my every request. I would recommend comms via email rather than expecting them to pick up the phone, they are super quick.I ordered 2x LG ArtCool AC's with an ETA of 10 days given at first. Due to a problem with LG supplies across Europe this was delayed another 2 weeks, with no accurate lead time being provided. This was of no fault of theirs it was purely a procurement issue.When I advised of other companies who had the units in stock, they were super quick to buy the units off them in order to supply my home which was super reassuring.The technicians were super professional and knowledgeable. We didn't want the outdoor unit on the visible side of the house so they were able to take it around the corner to the back out of sight.Jonathan was extremely helpful as initially the bedroom fitting was not aesthetically pleasing as the fit was not on an external wall. He was able to suggest adding a condensate pump so that we could trunk up into the loft rather than across the wall (as pictured).Overall I would look no further for AC supply and installs.
