Last 3 takeaway pizzas have been warm or burnt been tuning up late so like what the other reviews have said this place has gone down hill shame carrys on I won't be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgraceful. Waited over 2 hours for delivery from food hub. Rang up an hour in, got told there was one more order and ours would be on its way. An hour and a half later, I rang again got told it was going to be 5 mins. Rang 10 minutes later, a worker brought it with half of it missing. Rang about the missing food and was told I was wrong about a whole meal missing. I didn't get a sorry i was just laughed at. I didn't get anything to make up for the fact that my food was wrong or cold. Never eating here again. Do not waste ypur time. The donner meat wasn't even sliced it was huge chunks and was stone cold.

Waited nearly 30 mins today for fishcake n chips .and the fishcake was ready.Chips were nice enough. Fishcake didnt taste fresh.think it had been on the hotplate too long...wont use again as just too long waiting when your trying to eat during dinner hour.not a pleasant experiance

Mouthwatering taste… lovely staffs , welcomed with a nice smile and served with respect for your needs.. hygienically and deliciously cooked food…Kelly and pavi are doing amazing job..would recommend and visit more often…

Since this take out has changed owners the food has gone downhill! Garlic bread we ordered was burnt to a crisp! Couldn't eat at all so wasted and chips was scabs!

Ordered 3 pizzas and one fish and chips early Feb. More than 1 hour for collection. Fish was with bad taste. Ordered 3 pizzas (2 donner and one new york) on 21 March. Them 2 donner pizza werent with same basic stuff on them. New york pizza was rancid. Also, 1 hour 15 mins for collection. That was my last order to Kosta....

Chips re- heated and very hard. Yorkshire fish cake same been cooked and heated for long time in warming compartment. Will give this a wide berth in future

This place has gone very downhill compared to when it first opened.Ordered 2 x garlic bread with cheese & donner meat, 2 spring rolls and onion rings.The food was okay but onion rings were all different sizes from small to big.Called 1 hour later and was told we are doing your food now"The food took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come which is disgusting! Especially when its just around the corner!"
