We decided to go with Sharps as we liked their styles. The agent completely lied to us about how straightforward the fitting would be so it was much more messy and difficult than the 3 other quotes we had. The delivery men were clueless and kept asking me technical questions which should have been sorted by the surveyor. The fitter rang the day he was supposed to show to say he wasn’t coming and he would contact Sharps at 9am so they could sort things out for us. He didn’t bother to do that. No one kept me updated. A different fitter turned up the next day and was pleasant but tried to leave rubbish in our bedrooms telling me it was ‘spare parts.’ I made him take it out. Sharps only agreed to £150 off for our trouble which has made for us, a bitter taste and the reason for a low score review. If they had been more pleasant and slightly more compromise for the problems they have caused us, would have considered 3-4. They really don’t care once they have your money.

Sharps lied every step of the way in regard to there customer service promises.Overpriced, Terrible Customer Service, Poor Communication, Rude Staff.Would not recommend Sharps to anybody.

So called explained what we wanted for under stairs storage. booked appointment for day off. was late but meesaged to say he would be.Literally was in the house 2 minutes.They dont do what we want!!!!!Stop wasting peoples time and actually listen to requirements when making the appointments.complete waste of time.was told they would cut up wardrobes for all under stairs storage and he said they charge a fortune. hate to think of the price if they charged with out sale of 70% off.

A total waste of time in the middle of a house move.Had a design visit, and the designer said they would send over CAD drawings that same day but never heard back. Followed up with calls and via text the but heard nothing. I was ready to spend a few K with them but will be taking my business elsewhere now.Sharps, don't even bother replying to this as you've done with other reviews. Just sort it out!Bye

I don't really want to give 1 star. AVOID this company! We had Sharps quote for some wardrobes and although they were the more expensive quote we were given, we assumed that for almost £3000, we would be thrilled with the process from start to finish and we would receive an amazing service. Alas, that did not happen, as lies upon lies from the sales person, to the surveyor, to the staff on the phones. Just to confuse you even more, they will give you papers to sign, all with DIFFERING information regarding your materials on them! They then deliver the materials, which aren't even cut to size (even though they have been out to measure up TWICE) SIX days before fitting! SIX days! Unbelievably inconvenient when you do not have a lot of room to manoeuvre as it is!Fitting day. They want you to move all of your furniture and roll your carpet back, which was duly completed prior to the gentleman arriving to fit the wardrobes. He then cuts the materials IN THE ROOM (where all of your belongings are, you know, because you still live there)! They then damage your wardrobe door and take a chunk out of a shelf and then stick some caulk in it... maybe he hoped we wouldn't notice!They then leave all of their cut offs round the side of your house and make a swift exit! £3000... what did we pay £3000 for? I feel like we did all of the hard work and Sharps did as little as possible! So now we have chunks of wood to get rid of somehow. Maybe a disposal service for your paying customers would be a start!Complaint goes in and the shelf and door are replaced. Fine. Staff on the phone then say there's nothing that they can do about the lies told by their salesman and it is what it is... so can they have the rest of their money now? If it had been me on the other end of the phone, believe me, I would NOT have handed over any more money than what we had already paid. I still don't like the look of our wardrobes, it was not what I had envisaged. Absolutely shocking and will never use them again!Please, if you are thinking of having some beautiful wardrobes fitted, please find a local, reliable and REASONABLY priced joiner to source your materials and fit!I have never been so appalled in my life.AVOID!!!!

Lovely staff, however, quote for a fairly standard built in wardrobe was 3-4k. Well outside my budget. Could save the measuring bloke a trip if we were given a price bracket at the shop

Seen ad for 50% off so thought I would check them out. Received a quote for the room and it came out over £6k!! That’s with 50% off. Lol wasted the salesman’s and my time. No way would I or anyone I know pay £13-£14k for a few wardrobes unless they were gold plated

Of you want a chuckle about how disorganised a business is call sharps. And get passed around the departments lol.O once had an appointment with them in Wales and the designer looked at the space and basically turned his nose up at the area as it was too small in a beach house I had. I almost marched them straight out of my house for being rude.
