Highly recommend these classes. Lovely atmosphere and Sophia is a really knowledgeable and supportive teacher. Also it’s very helpful to be able to bring a two year old along!

Sophia's classes were a great reintroduction to pilates after having my baby. They are well structured and it's so helpful to bring your baby along!
