I would thoroughly recommend Complete Stoves. They helped with stove selection and advice over modifications. They adapted the time scale to fit in with scaffolding , in the end fitting within 2 weeks.The installation was fast and very clean and tidy.Brilliant service - thank you!

I visited Complete Stoves un-announced but nothing was too much trouble for Claire, who went the extra mile in showing me various makes and models and gave good advice. We had a number of exchanges claryfying technical details and my delivery was made within weeks without a hitch. Highly recommended.

We had excellent service from Complete Stoves. Ed was very thorough with his initial visit and quote. When the stove was installed, Ed and Craig were punctual, efficient and polite. We bought a Hunter Parkray Aspect 5 Compact. My husband liaised with Claire and had a few questions about the stove, she was brilliant, answered them all and we are delighted with our new stove, can’t wait until it is installed (this heatwave won’t last forever!). This is my Tinderbox Multifuel Burner as supplied amd fitted by Complete Stoves. From selection of the stove to fitting the CO Alarm they did everything. It was a delight to have the stove fitted and even more so when its alight. In for Christmas excellent price and lovely people you could not ask for more

In January 2022, I ordered a Parkray Consort 15 wood burning stove on behalf of my elderly parents to replace their 43 year old Hunter Midi. Claire and Craig were fantastic with the level of help and support they provided in liaising with Hunter to identify a compatible replacement that would run my parents hot water and central heating.
