in June i was given a quote from dreamways it seemed reasonable for the work i wanted doing. i arranged for the work to completed on the 6th August. the weekend before the 6th August i emailed to enquired if everything was ok to start i was informed no they were running late and the work start the following week the 13th. i said ok and let me know if anything held this up. come 13th August no gardeners enquires made and i was informed that an email was sent on the 8th August and they were awaiting my repsonse i never got this email. i was then sent the basic email to inform me 2 months ago i was miss quoted and the price was now higher than the quote i had over 2 months ago this quote was about 400 more than i was quoted 2 months ago. it was explained to the person that the work requested was not a true reflection and a mistake had been made i then asked about the quote for the work that needed to be done i was informed that labour charges were wrong and this had risen from my quote over 2 months ago. i choose this company not becuase they were the cheapest becuase the reviews were excellent the professionalism seemed excellent and it appeared like a good company. so for 2 months i sit on a quote wait for the work to be completed to be messed arround not once but twice. i would not recommend this company and i will be informing everyone i know to avoid as well due to my wasted time of 2 months. allegedly the owner was away at the time of my quote and lookes through the plans and saw the quote was wrong this may be true however why has it taken 2 months to identity this mistake my quote was completed in june was this owner away for 2 months?

A top quality job completed last week, all the team that came to the do job were extremely professional and friendly, and went the extra mile when some aspects of the job changed. The quality of the grass is excellent and I would have no hesitation of recommending Dreamways to anybody.

What an amazing job these guys have done. They have completely transformed our garden so it can all be used. It's fair to say we are extremely happy with how it turned out. These guys have worked so hard, if we asked for something else doing it wasn't a problem at all. Their work is second to none and we would 110% recommend these guys everytime. Thankyou Tim, Lee and Nathan a truly amazing job.

We are absolutely delighted with our new lawn. It took 2 days of very hard work, with one or two unexpected problems which appeared when the paving was taken up but which were calmly and confidently solved by Lee and his team.
