I recently ordered a morganite and diamond pendant from T. Paterson online for my daughters birthday. I was a little apprehensive as ordering online can be challenging and not knowing what quality goods you will receive. I was pleasantly surprised when the pendant and necklace arrived in the post, presented inside a lovely wooden box and accompanied with a handwritten note which made it even more special. The quality of the Pendant is outstanding and so was the service I have received. I would definitely recommend T. Paterson.

I live in Canada and totally chanced upon T. Paterson Jewellers on line as I was searching for a ring design.I had some very specific asks to customize the final ring design, and Derek and the team were so customer focused to make sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged emails and photos so I could see the ring style on an actual hand as well as determine stone placement etc.The whole process was done remotely and the ring was couriered to my family in the UK for me to pick up when I visited.Having just arrived in UK I was delighted to open up the beautifully packaged ring. It is lovely and exactly as I had hoped. It is a diamond bubble ring interspersed with very pale pink sapphires.Thank you to Derek and the team for the lovely ring as well as their great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bespoke piece of jewellery whether you live in Perth or in another country. How amazing is that?
