A marketing firm that somehow thinks its different to all the others

I spent over £6,000 on a new website through them. There were some major issues with who they had employed to make certain changes on my website (their choice not mine). It took nearly a year instead of a couple of months to make right. I am now left with a website theme that I can't add anything to because of what they created for me. They were supposed to provide me with support once the website was live. When I asked for it they replied saying they'd be back in touch but they never replied. The person who designed my website is no longer working for them but clearly doesn't want to help either. Worse decision I ever made for my business in the long-run. Honestly, right now, I'm far from impressed.I've also recently been informed that they designed most of my website using unecessary hard coding that has left me vulnerable to website hacking because the php can't be updated. I'm now having to spend close to £2,000 to undo all of this mess.
