Thanks to Charles at Eviction Management Services we got our property back from an anti social tenant. This case was a bit out of the ordinary as you normally expect problem tenants to be on benefits and criminal. This tenant worked in the financial services industry and seemed to know all the tricks of the trade. Refusing to pay rent whilst partying late into the night every weekend. They even seemed to have swallowed most of the housing legislation!. Charles took it all in his stride and we had him out in no time.
