Two emails, 3 phone calls, unable to secure spares or discuss sourcing. I'd heard they had a poor customer focused service but didn't believe it until today. Shocking service, although the receptionist is very pleasant

Packed lunch ? Excellent service centre with professional and attentive staff. Almost worthy of 5 stars ...if there was somewhere to eat within walking distance it would be great. We waited for 6hrs for a vehicle repair and should have gone prepared. The repair was well done and we were kept informed throughout the day..

We had our first habitation check done to our motorhome at Erwin Hymer Stafford. We had a few minor issues which were all dealt with very professionally and courteously by Sharron Booth on the service team . We had emailed a small list of defects which were all rectified but the service team had identified several other items which were all rectified . Our motorhome was very dirty after travelling 450 miles in awful weather and it was returned to us sparkling .Sharron and her team are an asset to Erwin Hymer .

It's like Fort Knox...very unwelcoming...was thinking about trading up my motorhome and went to have a look ...you have to go through the showroom to access their used stock...not an inviting place...wouldn't have been like that before the pandemic...wouldn't go back

First class service and customer care from start to finish. My Hymer Campervan developed a leak in the bathroom, the bathroom shower/tap had been damaged by frost. I took a chance and drove to the Erwin Hymer Centre without an appointment in order to have the issue fixed. I received first class service and customer care from the moment that I arrived. Sharon quickly booked me in and had a technician inspect my camper and following this the vehicle was taken to the workshop, whilst I enjoyed a coffee. I can’t thank Sharon and everyone else who looked after me enough. Thanks guys for helping me out when I needed it. I would highly recommend this dealership as service of this high quality is very hard to find these days.

Wow an Aladdins cave for Campervans and Motorhomes.We went specifically for the Hymer Grand Canyon S Crossover and wasn't disappointed. What an Amazing Campervan perfect in every way, every box ticked on our wishlist. It was so chilled the atmosphere the staff we was left to wander about and look inside and out the Amazing Campervs and and Motor Homes on display at our leisure. We hope to go back very soon to order our Grand Canyon S Crossover. Can't Wait.

Alan was extremely helpful in walking us through all the options on our selected motorhome. We're now just going to have a ponder before ordering. A very large range of new and used vans to peruse, pore over and try out all the bells and whistles. Recommended! I'll update if/ when we purchase.
