Summer Nails

First time going here, brilliant value and really took their time to make sure my nails were perfect - the nail art I had was amazing.

Pedicures very disappointing. Had better ones at other salons where you get a foot and leg massage for the same price.

Went here with my daughter, for us too have our Christmas nails done for Christmas. We are both very pleased with the results. Thank you.❤️

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star !Appalling service & staffMessed up my manicure & refused to refund me on the grounds of their non existent company policy.Would not recommend or use them againUPDATEYour complaints procedure is made up ! 3 different individuals gave 3 different complaints procedures. Couldn’t even give me it in writing.Kept speaking in your own language about me and walking away.I came in polite & respectful asked to speak with someone, nobody wanted to speak with me and the rude woman ignored me, spoke about me to her colleague in her own language.I told you repeatedly I didn’t want my nails re doing as this is an ongoing issue with your company. I wanted a full refund you refused.My nails were done on Saturday and they are terrible !The member of staff who did them took accountability and then tried back peddling lying stating I messed them up.I was even assaulted by a member of staff, Asian male with bad acne on his face small & wearing a white teddy jumper. Who soon realised his error once he did it.It’s ok because I’ve now pressed charges against him and started legal proceedings.This could have all been resolved if you just refunded my money.I wonder also if your staff actually have the right to work in the UK ? Wonder what immigration will sayUPDATE 2I’ve now contacted the police and my solicitor as you’ve put false information of myself on your social media.Your staff member assaulted me and I have photo and video evidence which I will also be uploading if my photo isn’t removed immediately!Stop lying and admit the truth !Because I’ll be pressing press charges for assaultFURTHER UPDATESince your social media post & further post below spreading false information this has now been reported to the police again. Who I’m currently waiting on a call back in the next few minutes.Anything further you post will be screen-saved / recorded and sent to the police as evidence.

Asked for French manucure on my natural nails, she cut them and painted them, when it came to pay she Asked for £22, I queried this as the price list said £12, she said they had to do shellac, I didn't want shellac as it damages nails, I asked why they hadn't told me before doing it, woman said yes I told her she should have" one of the nails was also noticeably slanted

I have been using Summer nails for a while now and I will continue as they do a consistently great job! They work incredibly hard to do any nail design you ask for and exactly match what you ask for. All the staff make you feel super welcome and are really friendly. I highly recommend taking a trip and getting your nails on fleek!!

I went to get acrylics, tried making conversation with the staff but was fairly ignored and at the end, one of my nails had smudged so I asked one of the staff to redo it and she was pretty huffy, left a big blob of paint on my nail, completely uneven and didn’t even put a top layer on. No refilling at the end and left messy.
