I hate to leave a negative review, and it does pain me, because I know a business' reputation is everything - however, I do believe this one is justified. My visit to this snooker hall was going well until I made one simple request to the barman. Whenever I visit a pub and have a drink, I always ask for one beer placer as a souvenir, which I decoratively pin on my wall. After settling the bill for £19, I asked for a single beer placer and he outright refused to give me one. What is even more strange is the fact that he didn't provide me one with my beer earlier. Overall, it was just very poor and inexperienced service.

Excellent Snooker Hall. Unusual to have a snooker hall like this one in Bolton. Loads of tables spread over 2 rooms. Bar is open until 11.30pm. Will definitely be regular visitors. Special thanks to Zach for looking after us all night too, friendly lad who wasn't overbearing.

This has got to be the best snooker hall in Bolton. Great atmosphere, great staff and very welcoming. Very good tables and the place is very clean. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Best snooker club in Bolton. Tables are maintained with proper care. Staff and owner are amazingly friendly. A nice place to chill out with friends and snooker lovers.

Best place in Bolton to play snooker. Great club.Could do with a website or something though because it was difficult to find much info beyond this review section. Doesn't even have a facebook page or tripadvisor or anything.
