Kelsey is extremely professional and knows what she’s doing. I have been training with her for 2.5 months and am well on my way to reaching my goal!The studio is well equipped and has good privacy.I have enjoyed my sessions with her and the journey has been highly rewarding. I would definitely recommend training with Kelsey!

I genuinely enjoyed Kelsey's sessions. She not only worked on my strength goals but also encouraged me to incorporate correct amount of protein, carbs , fat and essential nutrients in my vegetarian diet. I have learnt a lot about how to eat well and exercise well !

Training with Kelsey has been such an amazing re introduction to movement after having a baby. I felt like she totally got what I wanted to achieve whilst also understanding what my body had been through. She also gave me the confidence to try out other forms of exercise that I had previously enjoyed like Yoga and tennis and I found I was so much better at them as I was combining them with her sessions. All in all I can’t recommend Kelsey enough, I thoroughly enjoy each session with her and have learnt so much! Highly recommend to any new Mums wanting to get moving again post partum.

Kelsey is a fab personal trainer ..she is very well experienced and does not have a ‘one model fits all’ approach. Very sincere at her work and she makes sure that the trainee continues to follow fitness as a everyday routine. She also guides the individuals in maintaining healthy food habits. Her gym is well equipped as well. All in all I would surely recommend Kelsey to all!

I have been training with Kelsey for around 2 months now, doing 2 sessions a week to lose weight after having my second baby and I would recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a personal trainer!Kelsey understood I am a beginner in my fitness journey and eased me into the exercises. She always has an alternative if I find something too difficult and encourages me and motivates me to carry on.Kelsey has provided me with a detailed nutrition guide which is tailored to my macro needs to help me reach my target weight goal. This has helped me figure out exactly what I should be eating for each meal. With that and the exercise sessions I am now consistently losing weight.Kelsey is a lovely person to work with and is always happy to answer any questions I have outside of the session times too. I am grateful for all of Kelsey’s help so far and I look forward to continue working with her to reach my goal!

Training with Kelsey has been the best decision for both my physical and emotional heath postpartum. When I was approved to work out post C-section by my doctor, I knew I would need help not only in terms of motivation but also help with particular exercises and what I could and should do for recovery. Kelsey is the best encourager and her extensive knowledge in health and fitness techniques gave me the confidence to begin the journey and stick with it. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are setting out to reach a particular goal or to simply get back to a healthy routine, she will not only get you there, but more importantly, keep you there.

I've been training with her at her private studio for a little over 3 months, hitting up 2-3 sessions per week.Let me tell you, Kelsey knows exactly when to push me hard and when to dial it back. She's great at adapting the workouts to what my body needs, whether it's intense or more focused on recovery and mobility. It's been a perfect balance.My main goal was to conquer pull-ups, and I'm so close thanks to Kelsey's guidance.
