I have never booked a holiday direct with Tui before and now annoyed with myself for never doing it earlier. I booked our family holiday through Julie at the Reading branch. Julie was amazing. So helpful and her attention to detail was brilliant. She went above and beyond to book our perfect holiday. Will definitely be going back to Julie next time.

Thanks to Tanya and the staff at Tui, I enjoyed a relaxing and carefree off-peak holiday to Malta, carefully planned and prepaid before hand. There were no hidden charges, all mini buses turned up promptly, the hotel had the best location on the bay. The Maltese folk culture night was superb and great value. Everything was in our budget and we saw in a short time some wonderful things. I thoroughly recommend the Tui branch in Reading.

Was greeting by the wonderful team at TUI reading who gave me amazing advice with my upcoming holiday normally book online but will always come back to the reading store even though I live in Slough! Can’t remember the lady I spoke with but all staff were just as nice and welcoming. Thank you

Having spent over 3 weeks liaising with TUI Customer Services to clarify why I paid a room supplement of £508 on an online booking and to confirm the actual room we will be allocated on arrival to the Fives Hotel in Mexico in March as the room description on the TUI website does not match any room type on the Fives website, I was so frustrated to keep going around in circles being passed over the different departments because the TUI holiday sold me a BA flight, only to be told by 4 separate Customer Services Agents that they could NOT confirm the room type and suggested I personally contact the hotel for clarification. Why should I? Surely, TUI know what room type they sold me and charged an extra £508 supplement. Fed up with Customer Services at Head Office, I decided to visit the local TUI shop in Reading.What a difference I received in Customer Services from the very courteous, professional and efficient young lady Jess". She took down all my booking details and actually called the hotel whilst I was in the shop at 11.45 am. Unfortunately

Only walked in for information about a holiday and due to great services from Becky, I walked out with all my flights and travel insurance booked. Will be returning next week to sort out my hotels and excursions for my holiday. Anybody that wants to book a holiday or trip go see this branch of TUI!

I went into the Reading store and saw Tanya who helped me book my trip. Tanya was so lovely and friendly and was really professional and patient. There was a lot involved and we got there in the end. Derice and Julie are also really friendly and helpful.Thank you so much and merry Christmas xx

New update for my travel this year in June/July 2023____________This is last year review.booked a holiday with Tui for the first time and the service I got was the best I ever had from the moment I walked in the office till I completed my booking I had very pleasent service all what I need I got for my holiday at an excellent price plus all the forms that needed to be completed been explained and Bekey helped me to complete it .That is not all but I had Tui travel app to update me with all the new changes I could not ask for a better service and value.I have visited the shop on more than one occasion and I have received great service from Becky what an excellent operator with great smile .I must thank Hadley the Traine that helped me to complete covid test forms .I highly appreciate and recommend Tui travel team to do business with.I had five passengers to book for two weeks holiday ;I will be back to book more holidays with the same team and Tui is one of the best travel shops Update from my last visit to TUI TRAVEL shop in Queen Victoria Street ReadingI have booked another holiday to Tenerife in June/July I got the best deal with a smile from TUI and who else can give such price and such service by Bekey. Thank you again Bekey you brought smiles again to us and thank you TUI Holiday Store.__________Here is my update for this year I have to say the store manager and staff changed but my experience in booking is totally differentThe holiday was excellent,The hotel was? Excellent,The flight was excellent for the first time after all the years I been using the store and changing my money there I got short changed by over €100 Euro because when they gave me the transaction receipt it did not show the rate of Exchange .Although I spoke to branch Manageress she said that happened before and she cannot help me .I spoke to the complaints department and they said they will come to me that was in June and not one word from them .It looks like they have a loophole that cover them in case of any cash exchanges that what the trade and industry said the law does not cover that part of TUI.It is a shame because I had great holiday with them .So be aware .
