Purchased a new case baler from them spring 2023 when I finally got to use it because of rain rain and more rain Michael came out to check it was all working OK and it was but later that day it wasn't quite right gave Michael a call and he got Graham to come out next time I used it and he found an adjustment needed and a intermittent fault on a sensor all got sorted so from the initial contact, sales and service everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly and sorted the problem what more can you ask for
