No issues with the food, really nice and tasty, could be a bit hotter though! That’s probably down to having our delivery time (through just eat) extended from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, then after being promised it was on its way (later admitted it hadn’t left the shop), 2 more calls to ask where the food was, an argument because they wanted to just tell us it had left the shop but we wanted to actually know where our food was and what time we would be getting it and finally a returned call from the lost driver (we live literally 5 min away), we had warm food after 2 hours and 10 min! Real shame as the food was good, but the customer service and delivery drivers need to sort themselves out.

Stale prawn crackers,Chicken balls in the prawn balls ordered and didn't even come with sweet and sour sauce.Food arrived cold and what did turn up was mediocre at best.Meat tough and lacking in quantity and flavour.Shame as first meal from here was good. Unfortunately won't be trying again though

The worst fish and chips we have ever had. We are sure it's old pre-cooked fish from the day before! We will never order from them again. Ever!!!

The food took over 2 hours to come which is absolutely ridiculous, I rang up several times and they kept saying will be 20 mins.The women on the phone was so rude and kept telling me we just have to wait for the drivers.Really not happyWon’t be ordering from here againAlso refused to give us any compensation or refund

Very good food, piping hot and well priced. Their fish is excellent and there is plenty of choice of both Asian dishes as well as Fish and Chip type food. Everything I have ordered has been freshly cooked with generous portions, friendly service and good for solo or group dining.

My son had ordered us cod & chips which were very salty & the cod had an awful smell to it, like it was off. What a waste of money!!

** Served piping hot. The main meat ingredients good quality overall. Oil and salt heavy, which is why I'm given the Food Rating 3 rather than 4 or 5. A positive customer service experience. **Chinese Takeaway. Portions are satisfying in size. Collected in person, and the venue was clean, bright and welcoming, and the food was served quickly. Wanted to pay by card so signed up in the restaurant on their app via the QR on the menu. Staff patient and assisted me with the registration. Went for prawn toast, sweet and sour 'mixed' fried balls and special fried rice. It's always a question of personal taste, so in my opinion, the battered items were well seasoned - and the prawn toast well textured - however quite heavy on salt and oil from being deep fried - which is standard in British Chinese Takeaways for colder weather. If possible these days, for health reasons, and in the spring summer too, I prefer air fried and slightly less salt. If they can use the fresh oil for each dish frying this way even better...

This establishment advertises on its menu that there is a 10% discount for collected food. After I had paid, I realised that I had not received the 10% discount. When I asked, I was told that it was for orders over £30.Nowhere on the menu does it state this which is very misleading.If the menu doesn't indicate there is a minimum order value, then they should apply the discount everyone until they get new menus printed.I have reported it to the Food Standards Agency as misleading the public.In addition, the chips were tasteless, the scampi not as good as I've tasted elsewhere.First time here and won't be returning.
