A very welcoming and friendly class,that is accomdating for all levels.Whether A beginner that has never boxed before, or to enhance your boxing science then Luca and Dennis are your guys!Luca and Dennis really put there time into newcommers to help them get the basics down and try to bring you up to speed with the rest of the class.And they really care about you getting right and getting you active to help with your fitness goals and boxing technique .I have been to many other fitness/self defence classes and didnt feel that challenge or like I was getting anywhere. But since I've been here I feel like I'm getting a skill, and my fitness has massively improved from day one !!!

As a female I was a little apprehensive going into a male dominated environment, but as soon as I arrived, I realised there was absolutely nothing to worry about. It was very inclusive and both coaches, especially Luka was extremely funny, charismatic and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed it and I will be visiting again for sure!!!

The coaches at Brave Boxing are amazing and the best that I have been to. They push you to become a better boxer during every session whilst teaching you the techniques that will benefit you in the ring in a way that will be beneficial for anybody no matter how they learn.

Usually boxing gyms have a very intimidating vibe that makes people think twice before joining, completely the opposite in this gym, very friendly vibes and a welcoming family feel that makes things a lot easier especially for beginners looking for a new sport to join. Both Dennis and Luka are well versed in the art of boxing and are able to accomodate for all skill levels and definitely have the resume to back it up. If youre around the area i definitely would recommend passing by and having a taster session, i guarantee you will come back!
