The whole team at this clinic are absolutely wonderful.My partner and I had come to an open day earlier this year after a traumatic experience caused by another clinic, based in Brighton.From the moment we stepped through the door we felt welcomed and knew that this was our clinic to take those tentative steps back into the world of IVF.My partner and I opted for Shared Motherhood package, and felt supported as individuals and as a couple throughout the whole process. At every appointment we felt accommodated and any questions asked were never too much.I would whole heartedly recommend this clinic to anyone on this journey.We are lucky enough to have been “signed off” after a successful first transfer.....however we would not hesitate to use this clinic again in the future should we need to.Thank you Dr Rimmington, Dawn, Morag, Anna and Sarah!

Cannot recommend LWC Tunbridge Wells more highly. We received outstanding care and all around service from the very first point of contact. We were made to feel like real people with our own story and emotions and were treated like part of the LWC family.

We could not rate the team at London Womens clinic more highly. They are leaders in their field, informative, excellent communicators, and most importantly of all, they are personable and empathetic.We had undertaken fertility tests at a different London-based clinic in September 2022, and found them to unprepared (they hadn’t read our results before having the call with us to tell us our results), to lack understanding and empathy, and also to be very pushy in trying to get us to start IVF immediately after our tests. As a result, we opted to change clinics to the London Womens Clinic based with the Tunbridge Wells team. Our choice was definitely the right one. From our very first interaction with Dr Rimmington he was well prepared for our meeting, very detailed and thorough in going through our options, and optimistic about our prospects citing research papers and his own extensive personal experience. This changed our mindset from “we’re never going to be able to have children” to “this clinic is going to give us the best chance of having children”. He immediately reduced our stress levels and increased our positivity. He first offered us medication to increase our chances of conceiving naturally given the high costs of IVF. He even pointed us in the direction of the best place to get the medication at the most affordable cost. Once we had tried that for several months, he then advised that we start the IVF process, walking us through every step in detail, exploring the most effective way that would maximise our chances given our age and test results.Dr Rimmington has a fantastic team around him including Morag and Anna, our nurses, and Dawn, the clinic coordinator.Morag and Anna made us feel very comfortable throughout all of the blood tests, scans, and appointment discussions. They broke everything down into manageable chunks, sent very informative emails, and were always there for any questions. We always felt as though our care was their number one priority.Dawn was a brilliant and personable individual working primarily on the front desk and also in dealing with costs and invoices. She was always on hand for a friendly discussion and to answer any questions.From our very first appointment, the whole team took the time to get to know us as individuals which made for a friendly, personal, and empathetic service.As a result of the teams amazing work we were able to collect fifteen eggs in our first cycle, nine of which made it to blastocyst stage. From having an AMH level of 3.2 as a 28 year old to collecting this many was a remarkable achievement.Even after our first embryo failed to implant, the whole team were fantastic. Dr Rimmington was very thorough on the follow-up call citing the elements of the medication he wanted to change to increase our chances of implementation the next time we tried. There was no pressure on us to resume treatment, and we always felt things could be done at our own pace. Morag and Anna were optimistic when we saw them to begin the next round of treatment which played a huge role in us picking ourselves up and going again.We are so privileged that our second round was a success with twins due January 2024. At our seven week scan at the clinic, the whole team were celebrating with us which was lovely.London Womens Clinic in Harley Street, where we had egg collection and transfer were also brilliant. A very positive and professional team that removes as much stress as possible from the whole process.From the first minute we started our journey with the London Womens Clinic to our seven week scan with them, they have been nothing short of superb. Trusting an organisation with your health and with trying for children is a huge decision and our decision to use LWC has been rewarded not just in terms of the outcome but in terms of the personable, empathetic, and knowledgable service we received. No matter what the future holds, if we needed IVF again we would without doubt use LWC Tunbridge Wells. A huge thank you to the whole team.

The LWC Tunbridge Wells is a wonderful clinic. At every appointment we were made to feel so welcome and every team member truly cared about our journey. It's a lovely environment with wonderful staff and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We felt in such safe hands every step of the way.
