I enquired and purchased an adjustable bed with massage features for medical reasons. Alpha Mobility (2000) is very friendly, caring and accommodating. Highly knowledgeable in their field, providing me with the most beneficial recommendations for my needs. Best prices v. any others that I found online. No quibble about installation or old removals. Good communications and rapid service. I'm very happy with the product, their service, and highly recommend them.

I purchased a bed from this company and some bed linen as well. Amazing! The bed is super comfy and the bed linen silky soft. I have a broken spine as well as multi joint osteoporosis and arthritis so therefore perfect. Adam delivered bed and linen together, erected the bed and gave me a demo as well. Even took away all packaging. Bonus! A really lovely chap, who I’ve contacted over personal little issues and got advice and reassurance. I cannot rate this company enough. I will definitely recommend them and will purchase other things as needed from them in the future!!!!!!

Popped in today with my wife's mobility scooter which was dead. After a quick check over and checking the batteries which were kaput they were replaced. All in all a very pleasant half hour in the shop and left with a working scooter, would highly recommend for great customer service.

If you don't return a item within 2 days of recieving it, if it doesn't fit this company will do nothing to help, or reply to you. We were not home when product arrived so thisreturn policy is reducilousand I'm sure not lawful, buy elsewhere, customer service doesn't exist if you have any issues

Excellent service off Peter no pressurised sales techniques just very friendly advice and guidance on products.When my friend was under palliative care the store either had the goods in store or next day service. Also very comforting staff could not do more for me at a distressing time.From feeding aids to slide sheets and incontinence aids and safety products alpha mobility had it all.20 years serving the general public says it all. Many thanks to Peter and his staff.

So easy to deal with, very professional, I absolutely love my bed, I got the Anna twin electric bed, it is beautiful is it nuts that I am in love with a bed lol, I have spinal problems , I normally wake up with headache, neckache and lower back pain and don't sleep very well, I had 5 hours and 19 mins sleep last night, woke up stiff but hardly any pain and no headache for the first time in 3 month since I had a fall 3 month ago, I had pain in my legs today so had the massage on what can I say just great, heaven is all I can say.
