Appalling company. Ordered a feed supplement but heard nothing. Phoned them and they said they didn’t hold it in stock and I had just missed them ordering so did I want to wait until their next order. I said yes. Today (5 days later) I received an email notification of a refund. No explanation as to why. The refund isn’t in my account either!

Such a lovely shop wonderful to visit staff are so nice and helpful have everything you could possibly need from clothes to feed and they have a wonderful grooming section. Very lovely staff member there called Lauren so calm and very collected.

What a nightmare this company is! I advise against buying anything from them. I ordered a bale of wheat straw. Unfortunately, when I opened it up, it stank of damp and mould, was soaking wet and there was black mould growing on the cardboard box it was packed in. What is going on behind closed doors here? I am concerned for the welfare of any animal this company is responsible for, when this is their standard. Lauren could not be more unhelpful. She is insisting that she can't pay £8 to have their courier collect this foul, useless straw from my home unless I send photos of the problem. Firstly, the stench and wetness won't show up in a photo and secondly, due to black mould growth being a health hazard, I am not going to open up the box again, after I have spent ages resealing it. Why can't she examine the state of the straw when she gets it back? Avoid! They had no problem taking £18.50 of my money.

Very friendly and welcoming family.I always start a walk off nipping here to get water and a ice cream.Plenty of Water tubs for the dogs.Iv had some good pictures of the sunset from here.

This is the second time they have accepted my order on Amazon UK and the second time they have cancelled it with no explaination. I am not able to leave a review (seller feedback) on Amazon as they repeatedly remove my order. Think trading standards and Amazon may be interested to hear about this.

This is my experience with Shorefields Supplies..... I would never recommend them.I found their products deliberately overpriced.... in order to pay delivery charges for orders through Amazon Prime. The delivery times quoted seem to be just to make the sale... With the real delivery schedule being quite different.All of the while my Hens were furiously pecking at each other, Shorefields Supplies just expected us to wait for the late delivery.... Without a care for the poor animals.They deliver too late and we need to pay the return postage.... Shocking service .Never again will I be their customer.

I had placed an Amazon order, to this company. I then immediately canceled the order, before it was dispatched. The seller still dispatched it AFTER I had submitted the order cancellation. This is unacceptable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bought a present for my niece online here. Nothing has arrived in 3 weeks for a 5 day shipping item. Have called 8 times (most of the time they don't pick up) and emailed five times. No one bothers to respond to emails. I did get a hold of two people on the phone number of the website which is listed as customer services but is actually just the shop number where they can't help with online orders".Both people said they would pass along my details. One person on the phone said that the item was out of stock due to a computer glitch and I should have been refunded and that her boss would contact me. I'm still waiting

Dreadful company! Will not be ordering from you again. Ordered on Amazon with one day delivery. It took them 2 days to dispatch and then nothing! It was held at the depot as the packaging was unsuitable. Took them 5 days to reply to my message. Shocking customer service, abrupt and no apologies made. 11 days later my package turned up. Still waiting for a reply from this company.

We buy everything from dog food, goat food to horse food from Shorefields, cant complain, prices are good and customer service is even better and delivery times is second to none. They make a good coffee too!
