Compass Energy

I recently bought a delivery of oil from Compass Energy through the local community buying scheme. With one thing and another (christmas and covid) I was running pretty low by the time they got around to delivering, and then to top it off they had a problem with the small truck they needed to use (I have limited access). Anyway, they were very communicative and kept me in the loop with what was happening, and as I was nervous about running out over a weekend, arranged for another provider to fulfill my order on the Friday. All in all I thought their customer service was excellent, and although I had a nervous week, they came through in the end, so I would recommend them whole heartedly

My family and I moved in to a new property which was low on oil. I contacted other firms who said it could take up to 15 days to deliver. I was referred to Trevor by a friend and contacted him straight away. He organised everything for us, in a friendly and professional way and couldn't have been more helpful.The oil was delivered within a few days and was cheaper than I had previously been quoted.Excellent service!

Extremely friendly service! Rang up as we had ran out of oil, Trevor did all he could to get us a delivery ASAP. He managed to get us one within the hour! The driver was lovely too, and we didn't have to pay extra for the speedy delivery! Highly recommend and will be using them from now on!

Having been let down several times by a my usual Home heating Oil company, Leaving me for weeks to nearly run out of Oil and after makeing enquiries locally I was given the number of Compass Energy, having explained my situation to Trevor he managed to arrange an emergency part delivery for me so I didn't completely run out then organised the remainder of the delivery a few days later, They supported their promise with action, Thank you for your reliability and effort, You have a new customer from now on. Compass fuels Malvern, are absolutely fantastic, ordered heating fuel on Monday, delivered Tuesday, fast delivery. Kept to their promise to deliver before Friday. Well deserved 5 star for Compass Energy. Bradley in the office was so helpful by organizing a delivery at short notice, it even came a day earlier than expected. The delivery man was so quite this a.m. that we didn't even notice he had been, only give away was the gate was left open & delivery note in post box. Best service we have ever had by a Oil company. Thanks Guys.

Moved home and found the oil tank completely empty meaning no central heating and a freezing cold wife & three children! Trevor @ Compass was recommended by a local villager and he really went out of his way to help us, delivering fuel on a weekend and offered a fantastic service all the way through. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Trevor helped us out when we accidentally ran low on oil. Delivery came the next day! Service was friendly, helpful and super efficient, and 15% cheaper than other providers. We won't be going to anyone else in future.
