John is great. The attention to detail is second to none and the customer service is great. You know exactly what you are getting from him. John has sorted both my road bikes out over the past couple of weeks. So much so that he has built one up from scratch for me. Can’t grumble with the price either, a lot more affordable than the shops. Thanks John

I am very impressed and amazed by the service offered by JB Cycles/John. John provided me with an exact quote and explained to me exactly what they were going to do.He constantly updated and if there were any issues he would contact me and inform me about the issue.He also provided me with very good advice about the different ways that the bike can be improved.The price was very reasonable. I've had my bike serviced at Halfords and JB Cycles provide a much better service and price.I would definitely recommend getting your bike repaired/serviced at JB Cycles.

Came to Jon with broken spokes on my E bike he was able to repair the spokes and refit them in a very fast turn around time. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and I will be using again

Wish I had done a before and after photo as I literally thought it had given me a new bike. My bike was in a bad way but after a full service I am back on the saddle again. Collection and drop off service is fantastic.

When you’re relatively new to cycling it’s very important that you deal with people that you both trust, and rely on to give you an honest and friendly service. This is definitely the case with Jon. He’s carried out a numbers of services on my bike now and they’ve always been first rate. Highly recommended.

First Class service from Jon at JB Cycles! After discussing how his service works, he collected my bike from my home address and we had a chat about problems that I had noticed. I received a phone call the same day explaining what needed to be fixed and we agreed on a quote. The work was completed the next day and my bike was promptly returned to me. Jon explained what he had done and talked me through my bike, now I know so much more about my bike and he has made me a much more knowledgeable cyclist! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly service and wants to know more about their bike!!!

Fabulous, personal service. Jon collected my bike and returned it to me at home. On visual inspection he was able to suggest what might need doing. He then emailed to keep me up updated.Very happy with the service and the price. Would highly recommend.
