I have been at this practice for over 20yrs and can only praise the doctors and staff for their commitment, dedication and excellent patient care. Knothing is to much trouble and the doctors are very attentive and professional with an empathic nature. Reception staff have no compassion, their disgusting behaviour, basically can't be bothered with you. Shouldn't be in this line of work or environment where they need to speak to vulnerable or mentally unstable people because they are rude. Worst surgery ever

Dr. Nielsen visited me today and he was very patient, meticulous and very serious towards my concerns. I used to be quite scared of going to a doctor, but he was very pleasant with me and I wasn't worried anymore. Thank you!

This is a wonderful surgery. The girls on the front desk have always been above and beyond helpful to me and the drs are fantastic giving their time and listening to you. I sing from the rooftops about how good this surgery is and can’t understand any negative comments. Keep up the good work.

I never write reviews but shocked by the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist I spoke to this morning simply calling up to book an appointment. Met with an abrupt and disgusting tone when I politely called and asked if I could book an appointment. Also told as its after 10am I now have to wait til tomorrow to call again to then wait for call from the gp to assess if I need to be seen. I know I need to be seen which is why I'm calling and I would like to book an appointment in advance to arrange childcare for my 2 young children. Using COVID19 as an excuse why there is no booking of appointments is one thing but please learn some manners when someone calls up as I do not deserve to be spoken to so disgustingly.

My husband and I have both been to Dr Nielsen. You can not find a Doctor with such extensive experience and skill. He is also a first class Homeopath. A very humble and caring man!

Firstly, having a website with online booking system is absolutely pointless if you won’t allow bookings on there or provide clear advise on how to actually get an appointment.Secondly, if the only option to make an appointment is to phone then at least make sure you have reception staff who are polite!I completely understand the strain that COVID-19 has put onto services but there is just no need for receptionists to be rude and sigh when you explain that you can’t get someone to get a photo of your issue after she’s already demanded to know what the problem is. After all of this, she then sighed and said “right, I’ll have to put down that you can’t get a photo”, said the doctor would call and then put the phone down (without actually confirming any of my contact details).This is the first time I’ve attempted to go to the practice since registering nearly 3 years ago and I will definitely be looking to register elsewhere.

Just called the practice to ask for an appointment with my Doctor about getting some Sertraline due to anxiety and low mood issues, despite calling up with the same request and being put through to a Doctor multiple times, today I was refused access to my Doctor, refused access to my medication, falsely accused of swearing and raising my voice and given an extremely sarcastic, uncaring, cold attitude by a Nicola on reception, I love the doctors at this practice, Dr. Wong, Dr. Nielsen and Dr. Brown are amazing but this practice seriously needs to review the first point of contact for people suffering with mental health issues being so rude and nasty. I told Nicola I am working the next few days so can't put in a note like she told me I need to despite NEVER DOING THIS BEFORE and she told me you're obviously not in work you're sat at home". So to review
