Ultrasound Direct Dundee

We had our gender scan on 22nd April this is the second time we've been to the clinic and couldn't fault it at all. Staff are very welcoming and explained everything as it is happening. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Had the best experience here finding out the gender of our wee baby. Lovely staff, lovely location, great big screen to see baby on and excellent quality scan photos too. Can’t recommend enough! ☺️

Very unprofessional, I have worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years and never would treat my patients like that. The building was a mess outside as well as inside, the sonography took 10 mins and that was including an internal, she was not interested then gave out medical advice. I was told the biggest pile of rubbish and sent on my way worrying. Phoned my healthcare provider who is not one but happy and I am now booked in to see an actual fully qualified healthcare provider. Would not recommend these backwater places to make pregnant women feel so much panic and worry should not be allowed. A total disgrace. Should be ashamed of themselfs!!!!!!

Excellent and very informative... also my baby was being awkward and a free rescan is a good service also.  Family friendly and took the time for little sibling to have a good look at there new baby ... Nice and calm vibes nice spacious rooms .

I came here for an internal scan as I am doing IVF abroad. As soon as we arrived the receptionist was so ditsy trying to ask me to fill in a form and whispering questions to me when no one was even around I had to ask her to keep repeating herself. Once we went into the room we explained to the woman carrying out the scan we needed to know follicle sizes and how many and how thick my lining was. She kept repeating she’s usually given a checklist from a clinic about what they want from her however I told her, however I explained we had already done this else where and were currently stimming and just needed this information to start new medication. The internal scan itself was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced (I’ve had many). Also through this time she just leaned against my leg and my knee was basically in her armpit which wasn’t very professional. Me and my partner were just sat looking at each other as she was just taking photos of everything and not counting or measuring any follicles. My partner then asked what she was doing when she finished she said aw their are to many to count during the procedure she would rather do it after which is fair enough I have pcos, however no one else’s has seemed to have trouble with this before. She then went on to try to tell me that my diagnosed dermoid cyst maybe be something else (I’ve had this cyst confirmed at about 5 other places). She then said ok that’s us and said she would finish her notes and email the information over. It’s been an hour and we have still not received our photos or notes to give to our clinic. This is the first clinic we have ever visited and had to wait for notes and pictures and not been given them their and then. Considering this is the most important scan that confirms can we book flights, start our new medication it’s really frustrating. I phoned up asking what’s taking so long and apparently they are “stuck” in the processing system? I have no idea what this means as it’s an email that’s meant to be sent. It’s the first time I’ve not received any photos either. Ridiculous clinic. Anyone who needs a fertility scan I do not recommend this place at all.

Both my experiences have been amazing. The ladies couldn’t be nicer and they were very welcoming. I have recommended to a lot of my pregnant friends. Definitely didn’t disappoint and made me very comfortable! Love 10/10 x

We recently attended for an early scan at 8weeks, the staff were lovely and soo welcoming and we were delighted by what we were shown on the scan. We came away with some printed pictures of our baby and several more were made available to us digitally through a link which was a nice touch.It was a great experience and we enjoyed it soo much we’ve booked to return again for further reassurance at 10weeks.

Fantastic place and top-notch customer service. We booked a 4D bonding scan online. The process of booking an appointment was easy and straightforward. We received a text reminder the day before the scan which was handy. The clinic is easy to get to and has a lot of parking spaces. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The scan itself was an amazing experience. We highly recommend it. We got printed pictures as well as access to digital photos and videos. We had to go in for a rescan (free of charge) because our little one was being very shy and couldn't see her face properly. It was great to have been offered another opportunity to see her. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we wouldn't hesitate to get a scan like that again.
