Recently bought a VW scirocco from synergy and I love it! The staff were very helpful and didn’t push you to buy. After collecting the car I noticed the button on the key to open the boot wasn’t working properly so reported back to Ashley and he was quick to help us out and arrange for another key to be done for us. We just received the new key yesterday and everything is working as should. Highly recommend to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Thank you so much x

Very disappointed. I bought a car earlier this year from Synergy, I have had nothing but problems since, I have already spent 1000s on repairs and am at a point now where I need to pay for a bunch more. They lied about a tyre light that was on… it was a sensor problem and wasn’t going to ‘turn off’ once I had driven a few miles. I have had all sorts of engine and computer issues with the car and right now I cannot drive it as it is un-safe. I overpaid for pretty much a piece of scrap. 2 tyres had slow punctures, when I went to get them replaced I was told that one of them had illegally been ‘fixed’ with something they use of tractors? And therefore it was a write off… not ideal. One of the back doors doesn’t open. Smoke was coming out of my bonnet within weeks. Speakers inside the car don’t work. One of my front side lights is on 24/7. Back break light didn’t work. Wheel bearing needed replacing as it was split and effected ABS. The list goes on…The long and short of it, I would definitely not recommend.

Came down to buy a BMW, Ashley was a great help made the experience very smooth and efficient. Helped with taxing and all documentation. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Cars and the price was about right. I wanted to buy the white 5-door VW 2015 Polo. Sadly Leonni wouldn't include the timing belt replacement on the advertised price (it needed doing as she told me it hadn't been done). The MOT was out by 3-months and it hadn't been serviced although that would be done if I bought the car (but not the timing belt at £500-£700 extra). A little bit abrupt when I asked for some money off for that but told I had to pay extra if I wanted it done.I'm disappointed as they seem very professional on the face of things. Perhaps I called at the end of a bad week :-(
