A very prompt service indeed.When Dave arrived he assessed my situation then explained costs, listed the details of my issue but most importantly it was good honext advice.Then he set about the work. There was no delay. He was polite and efficient completing the task within half an hour. With concerns about Covid 19 I can confirm that he kept social distancing rules and protocols. I would recommend First master again 100% - Thanks!

Fantastic communication, many years of experience and more than fair prices. If you’re looking for a company to unblock a drain, this is the company for you. I called 1st Master Drainage at 08:47 to unblock the drain at a rental property. By 13:30 the job was complete, pictures were sent across and the work area was spotless. David and his team are professional, trustworthy and thorough. I can’t recommend enough! :-)

Dave is an absolute legend, came out on boxing Day and fixed the issue rapidly and did not charge loads of money which he could of done as it's Christmas. Highly recommend using him over the larger companies.

Great guy couldn't get out due to time of call, but talked me through a fix after sewage was coming up from drains and got fixed for me.

5 star, I had an issue with some work the I carried and and needed correcting. This man not only came to my house with in the hour he gave me honest advice, he was not after money or trying to sell anything he just wanted to help and give the best advice would 100% recommend them

Had a serious blockage at my house with toilet and outside drains, have tried other companies with no luck. These guys come out on time at a very reasonable price and done the job properly, couldn't be more helpful. A very professional service that I can't recommend highly enough.
