Sarah from she plubs did a very good job of installing the paintwork ready for the install of electric shower she did the job at a very good price clean up after herself and was very friendly I would recommend her again.

Excellent. All very professional. Highly recommended. Black widows seems not to be aware of numbers between 1 an 5. Sarah was recommended to us and we are more than pleased to recommend her also.

Wouldn’t have anyone else work on the plumbing or heating in my house. Worked with us to replace a boiler when we weren’t expecting to need one yet and recommended the best boiler for our home. Manages to fix things when she visits and every visit is painless (we have an old house with many problems). Communicative, great problem solver and really trustworthy.

Lied about fixing my shower. I even asked via text what she had done and she said she had removed and resealed the trap. Leak was still happening and when I had another plumber out he explained that it is physically impossible to even access the trap without going through the ceiling as it is a standing shower and the space is not big enough. I then told Sarah this and she proceeded to go back and forth with my complaint without accepting she clearly lied. This leak is dangerous as it was leaking near my light switch downstairs. Really unacceptable behaviour. If she couldn't do the work, she should have said. She was also over an hour late and I had to keep texting to find out where she was. She was buying parts and had even forgotten what tap I needed. After replacing my sink, my tap was leaking afterwards. Luckily the next plumber is able to do the work. The shower actually needs to be replaced but to know this he had to put a hold in the ceiling to access the trap and under shower.

I contacted Sarah when I urgently needed to have a blocked pipe sorted the day before my wedding, Sarah was at my door in under 20 minutes even thought it was her day off and was fixed quickly.5 Stars isn't enough
